St. Joseph’s School admits students regardless of race, color, ethnicity, religion or national origin. 

General Requirements

Age Requirements.  A student must be:

• three years of age before September 1st for 3K (3-year-old Pre-kinder)
• four years of age before September 1st for 4K (4-year-old Pre-kinder)
• five years of age before September 1st for 5K (Kindergarten)
• six years of age before September 1st for 1st grade

Should you desire information please call the Main School Office, which is open from Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. 

The following are readily available

1. General and specific information 
2. Meeting to review student records. 
3. Appointment for a student to shadow a current student in the guest’s current grade. 
4. Application process with completed student records and application.

2. Past report cards (two year minimum) 
3. Past standardized testing 
4. Any specialized academic or personal materials 
5. International records/materials if needed 
6. Possible requested recommendation/references from the previous school(s) 
7. General School forms include:  Financial Agreement Information; Parent/Student Handbook Contract Form; Pick-Up Contacts; Liability and Publicity Page, and Student Emergency Card. 

Conditional Acceptance of New Students: New students are accepted conditionally and are on probation for the first semester. If St. Joseph’s School’s behavioral and/or academic standards are not complied with, that student will be asked to leave. All new students will be given a trial period in which to prove himself/herself both socially and academically.

2025-2026 School Year Registration (applications process beginning after Feb 19):

We encourage families to investigate and apply as soon as possible to St. Joseph.  This allows for both planning and assuring that your child might be able to have a space in our classes.  Once materials for the next school year are finalized, applications are available at the Front Office or online. Registration is on a rolling basis beginning after Feb 19 (General Forms and Applications are currently being updated and edited).
